When will my order be delivered?

We deliver orders on an every other week basis. Local orders are delivered Tuesday. Fed-Ex order may arrive Thursday-Saturday of the same week.

What if I'm not home?

No problem. We'll leave your order at the front door in an insulated box. Once you do arrive home we just ask that you would unpack your items as soon as you are able.

How should I expect my order to arrive?

Items are carefully packaged in a refrigerated box so food stays fresh even if you’re not home when we deliver. Any freshly thawed items can either be refrigerated or refroze for later use.

What are the shipping cost?

Shipping cost will vary depending on your location. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. There is a $75 order minimum for home delivery.

Who will deliver my order?

 Local deliveries are usually delivered by Farmer Jake. Fed-Ex delivers non local orders.

When will my card be charged?

Because many items are charged by the pound we will not know your exact total until order is packed at which time your card will be charged.

Can I recycle my packaging?

All of the cardboard and insulation material is biodegradable! So feel free to compost or drop at a paper recycling drop point. If you live near the farm, we can reuse clean shipping material :) We will pick up clean shipping material at the time of the next delivery.
