Our Beef is rotated across organically managed pastures utilizing regenerative grazing practices.

Raising animals the way nature intended removes the risk for disease and infections. We have no need for antibiotics when we work harmoniously with nature.

We raise our animals with care and harness the symbiosis of nature to create healthy environments for our animals.

We use feed grown with organic practices. Our animal feeds are grown by a partner farmer. Our animal feed is grown within 10 miles of our home farm. We know exactly how and where it is grown.

Nature can rebuild itself into a thriving community of millions of species. Our animals graze harmoniously with their natural environment. We are able to harvest carbon and nitrogen from the atmosphere and we create a net negative carbon impact through this natural process.

Our cheeses are made with traditional animal rennet. Most "plant" based rennets are actually a GMO product. Our cheese is made in small artisanal batches using historical practices.
