Pork Barbecue Nachos

Barbecue Pork Nachos

 

 

2ish pound Sweet Grass Pork Shoulder

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1T Chili Powder

1t Onion Powder

1t Garlic Powder

1t Cayenne Pepper

1t Salt

1t Pepper

1 Medium Red Onion

1 Cup Ketchup

1/4 Cup Mustard



Mix above mixture and pour over Pork Shoulder. Bake at 335 degrees for 4-5 Hours


1 Bag of your favorite Corn Chips

1 Sweet Grass Cheddar

1 Sweet Grass Pepper Jack

1/2 Cup Barbecue Sauce

​Jalapeno Peppers (Optional) 


After Baking Shred Pork Shoulder


Preheat oven to 400 degrees


Shred Cheddar Cheese and Pepper Jack Cheese


Layer your favorite chips in a 9 by 13 pan, then add Shredded Pork, Barbecue Sauce, Jalapeno Peppers, and top with shredded Cheese.


Bake for 8-10 Minutes
